About Us
We are Farmsearch Ghana
Founded in 2018, Farm Search Ghana is dedicated to transforming agriculture and fostering sustainable livelihoods for smallholder farmers in Northern Ghana. With a focus on empowering youth and women, we work to provide economic resilience and support through initiatives like the Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLA). These community-based groups enable our target beneficiaries to save, access loans, and invest in farming activities, driving economic empowerment and resilience in the region.
Headquartered in Gurugu, Tamale, our organization is located near the Goil fuel station, serving as a central hub for our community outreach, training sessions, and partnerships with farmers.

Our Services
Access to Inputs and Resources
Farmsearch Ghana offers smallholder farmers access to essential farming inputs, such as seeds, fertilizers, and other materials that are fundamental to successful crop production. Additionally, we help secure access to arable land, removing a significant barrier for many farmers, especially young people and women eager to participate in agriculture.
Training on Modern Farm Technologies
We believe in the power of knowledge. Our team delivers hands-on training in the latest agricultural technologies and techniques, including crop rotation, soil health management, and water conservation. These practices are designed to improve yield, conserve resources, and promote resilience against climate challenges.
Advocacy for Good Farm Practices
Sustainable and responsible farming practices are at the core of our mission. Farm Search Ghana actively advocates for good agricultural practices, helping farmers adopt methods that safeguard the land, protect natural resources, and increase productivity.
Financial Support Connections
Through our Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLA) and partnerships, we provide farmers with access to microfinancing options. This financial support is crucial for acquiring essential resources, expanding farm operations, and achieving long-term success.
Market Access and Produce Sales
Farmsearch Ghana is committed to ensuring that farmers have a secure market for their produce. We offer a guaranteed market for farmers’ harvests, purchasing produce directly from them. This direct link reduces risk and ensures fair compensation, while also simplifying the journey from farm to market.
Tractor Services
At Farmsearch Ghana, we understand the vital role that tractors play in enhancing productivity on farms across the country.
